Brett and Claude, from this shop local to me,were and have been fantastic when I was picking a new machine a couple of years ago.
#I got a Pfaff performance 5.2 which was I was not made to rush to make a decision and encouraged to come back and play on the machine several time. If i have ever had an issue (only from me doing something wrong) they have replied to emails quickly.
One day I hope to get a long-arm ….. maybe even a… Q24…. well I can dream!!!!
